Do I need to make a reservation?
We do accept walk-ups (space permitting), but we strongly recommend you call ahead to reserve a seat. There is no charge for Infants under 2, however, they must be accounted for with a booking; this is a USCG requirement.
How long are your tours?
Our Wildlife sightseeing tours run approximately 2 hours. Our Sunset cruise is approximately 90 min.
Where do your tours go?
Our tours cruise the protected and natural waters of the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands, part of the Banana River Lagoon System.
Do you offer drinks or food?
We do not allow coolers on board. However, we do sell water, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages on board. We accept both cash and credit cards.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
Are you Handicap Accessible?
Yes, our boats have wheelchair accommodations. We offer an ADA restroom at our gift shop/office, and the parking lot has Handicap spaces.
Is there parking?
Our customers have exclusive half-off pricing to park at the private parking lot located at 420 W. Cocoa Beach Causeway. This parking is adjacent to a car wash, and our office/gift shop is also located there.
Upon making a reservation or booking, you will be provided with an access code to enable discounted parking for just $2.00 per hour. You will also be provided with a code to access private restrooms on the property.
What is your weather policy?
We have been operating tours here, year-round for over 25-years, so we are very knowledgable and experienced with the local weather. We will make every effort to operate your tour, as long as we can be provide a safe and enjoyable experience. If weather threatens to impact your tour, will may have to delay or cancel. Your safety is our top priority. If we cancel due to weather, you will have the option to be refunded re-schedule. Please note that weather cancellations or delays are at the discretion of our experienced Captains, and not something we take lightly. You can rest assured that if your Captain deems the weather ok to operate your tour, you will be in safe hands.
